Looking for competitive battlers! There isn't a real tier list for DP yet to my knowledge so this is a thread to rate Pokemon into a tier list.

Now discussing where not-fully-evolved Pokemon go. Also if spots need to be changed please post so.

Now for those who don't know, tiers are what category Pokemon fall into for how useful they are in Pokemon, which is represented on how often they are used. (Example- Gyarados is Overused *aka OU*) There is Uber (legendarys and overpowered), Overused (used alot 'cause they're good), Borderline, Under used (used less, not as good), and Never Used (anything with bad stats, movepool, etc.) for ranks.

Snazzy
Venusaur- BL. Sleep Powder, it's relatively bulky, it's got a pretty good typing... All make it a bit too good for UU, IMO, although it's not OU standard at all.
Charizard- UU. Stealth Rock kills it. Next...
Blastoise- UU. There are better bulky waters out there. A lot of 'em.
Butterfree- NU. It's better than Beautifly, if that means anything, thanks to CompoundEyes Sleep Powder, but it still sucks...
Beedrill- NU. Awful defences, rubbish speed, unexceptional attack... Yeah. Leave it to rot in NU.
Pidgeot- NU. Staraptor is yet another Normal/Flying bird that shoves Pidgeot further down the pile. At least it gets Tail Wind.
Raticate- NU. Outclassed by pretty much every normal type. Even Furret can try and Trick- Raticate is just bad.
Fearow- I'm going to reserve judgement on this one, if only because I think it's NU, but it outclasses Pidgeot completely in NU.
Arbok- NU. Seviper is better in UU, IIRC, but I'm not the best at the lower metagames, so forgive me if I'm wrong.
Pikachu- BL. Grass Knot really helped it- now it can Grass Knot Gastrodon/Quagsire AND HP Ice Altaria and stuff, whilst still Thunderbolting... I think it's too tough for UU.

And parasectdude, I'd add all of the Ubers, but I'd rather have everyone post what they are and debate instead of just myself adding them. Even if they are obvious.

Venusaur: BL. Reasonably bulky, sleep powder.
Charizard: UU. Sadly, its been reduced to UU now that SR exists.
Blastoise: UU. There are better bulkies, like Swampert and Milotic.
Butterfree: UU. It does more than Beautifly...
Beedrill: NU. I find it utterly useless.
Pidgeot: UU. All it really has is Tail Wind; its outclassed by Staraptor.
Raticate: NU. Outside of superfang, it doesn't have much.
Fearow: BL. Useable, but still outclassed by Staraptor.
Arbok: NU. Seviper outdoes it in UU, now more than ever.
Pikachu (Light Ball): BL. Grass Rope, HP Ice, and T-bolt make it pretty good.

so where are we to put them in the "middle catagory" when they need to be in OU o UU then moved into thier respective tier.

Gengar, salamence, tyranitar, heracross, agunomuu, gyarados, electivire, blissey, and porygonZ should all be OU because of their offensive power (excluding bliss) and the fact that most teams need to be able to counter them.
