Yep, you get the Oval Charm and Shiny Charm for completing the Hoenn & National Pokédexes respectively.

Sorry it took so long btw, I forgot I had left my only Noivern in my X Battle Box and it caused me to have to go in to the games again, switching cartridges etc. Such a pain.

Oh, just remembered something. Official site said that Blaziken could learn Ice Punch. I checked with my Blaziken and it wouldn't learn it from the Tutor. The mystery deepens.

Gave the Scanner to Captain Stern and he gave me the Clear Bell. I wonder if he'll give the Tidal Bell in Alpha Sapphire. He mentions about it sometimes ringing when up top at Sea Mauville.
