Who's That Pokémon

Once again going into the 4th Generation Competitive Battling strategies, we are covering our one-hundred & ninety-ninth Pokémon and unfortunately, the last in the fourth generation strategies.
Starting next week, we'll be covering the Pokémon in the 5th Generation battling environment. However, some of these sets will be applicable to fourth generation strategies for Pokémon between Bulbasaur and Arceus. There is a different creation mechanic to this new Pokémon of the Week. From now on, the Pokémon of the Week is to become a collaboration effort where our writer Reno will post the upcoming Pokémon on the forums and it'll be discussed and everyone can suggest sets or strategies for the Pokémon in all four aspects of battling in the fifth generation. Click here for the discussion forum
Today, we are covering a Pokémon introduced within third generation. It used to fight with Groudon. It is said to have expanded the sea by bringing heavy rains. It has the power to control water. . So here it is, the one hundred & ninety-ninth featured Pokémon, Kyogre.
