Serebii Random Pokemon Tournament

First off, this was approved by Willowwhisp in PM.

This will be based of this tournament.

For people who are lazy:
Ok. So what is this tournament about? In one statement, it is Advance mode CC except you can pick your own moves and all your pokemon are fully evolved or at least competitive by Smogon's standards; excluding ubers and including stuff like Chansey, Kadabra, and the more competent NFE pokemon.

I will be choosing the 6 pokemon in a player's team via Excel since I don't have a RNG that can go over 100. (If someone can provide me with one, that iis also welcome >_<) Pairings are to be done by RNG for the 1st round and the next rounds will follow a set bracket.

The teams will be posted by me when I make pairings, so you and your opponent will be aware of each other's teams. This should help players in building their teams.

Standard battling rules apply.
Namely:
- No DT/OHKO
- No hax items (e.g Quick Claw, Brightpowder, Scope Lens)
- Sleep/Freeze/Self-KO Clauses and Battle Timeout on, PP Ups are optional

How the hell are we supposed to know if you aren't going to fabricate the RNG results, or even go through that process at all? How the hell are we supposed to know if you aren't going to give your close friends (nooblet, willowhisp etc) Metagross, Salamence and the like, and people like me Swalot and Roselia????

There is not a shred of evidence as to whether you're doing this right or not. How the hell are we supposed to trust you? Believe in your 'honesty'? LOL Because we just know how trustworthy human beings can be, especially those on the internet.

Snap, the way things look alot of people would much prefer the number of tourneys to be lowered, so although you can go ahead with the tourney if you want (since I gave the go-ahead) it'd probs be best to leave it til the 1st tourney is through.

In the future yes, although I have officially given Snap the go ahead for this so it's officially a limit of 3 currently depending on whether Snap decides to pause it or not. Based on member reaction 2 is enough and 3 is too many though so I'll keep that in mind in the future.
