Though your background is a little weak try something a little bolder.

Pretty much, although I had to look at the official image once because I'd forgotten about the antennae and how the feet were.

Yeah, that's actually one of the areas I need to work on. I can never seem to get a good background into my pics.

Well I'm actually working on other art, so that and a bit of laziness keep me from coloring some of the stuff I do. But you can look in my DeviantArt page to see some of the stuff I colored.

1. Bad background, pointed out already.
2. Bad attenae placement.
3. Not in exact center of circle.
4. Tear is not realistic-looking.
Other than that, quite nice!^_^

1. Yes I have no ability in making a good background.
2. Hmmm... I did not see that before.
3. Yeah actually the picture had started off with the circle first (I hadn't even planned on adding in Celebi) so in adding in Celebi when I randomly thought of it, it never came out centered, and I didn't feel like moving the circle so I left it at that. D:
4. Tears are another thing I can't get straight yet.

lol I get that alot, but sometimes the coloring can wind up looking a bit screwed up when I scan it, and sometimes it looks fine. Anyway thanks for the comment.

Oh... So wonderful! Celebi is so cute, and you can feel it's sorrow... I want to hug it!
The only thing that bugs me is the lack of background. But that's already been said.
