i rased this question in the firered shiny discussion thread, and i was wonderin how you got that awsome shiny celebi on the shiny page in the game mechanics section. im so jealous. ;251;

It's cheated for. I think he used an emulator for the screenshot too.

Joe either used an emulator, edited the ROM, and had it appear, or he had a pro spriter make it. Probably the former.

Indeed. Serebii does not condone cheating or glitches, but is happy enough to use them to get the many pictures on the site. Answered and closed.
