Answers from 1 to 12 are right.

Question #13 is "True" if you're playing Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald. You can:

-Use Sweet Scent without moving an inch.
-Move in all four directions with timing so you just turn and don't walk.
-Jump in one spot with the Acro Bike.

All get out Pokémon without moving.

Question #15 is "True". Foresight and Odor Sleuth allow Normal and Fighting Moves to hit Ghost-Type Pokémon.

Question #16 is tricky. Between those 3, there are 384 Pokémon if you count all the Event Pokémon (Celebi and Jirachi are both unobtainable outside of Bonus Discs and special Events.). If they don't count, there's 380.
