- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin

Maxed hp is divisble by 16. enough for 485 def. Correct my somewhat crappy evs if needed.

Takes sleep status effects and can still sleep talk. HP divisible by 16. enough for 250 satk, iirc. And enough for 485 sdef. Again, I think evs are crap...
