Hello. as a note for the future, since trainer cards reprint themselves or run by 1 name and description universally, where as pokemon don't, set info is not needed and saves you time.

So to start off the only 2 things I like from that list are the leafeon and the virizion EX, so with those 2 we're going to move to something that utilizes the grass engine slightly more effectively, so i'll just give idears

2-2 leafeon
2 buffolant (boffur/gold breaker)
2 mewtwo EX
2 virizion EX (if you have 2 thats fine

both buffolant and mewtwo make great use of a fast attack option both with virizion to setup or by itself, then use buffo to finish the EX's off after virizion deals the 50 initially speaking.

Running tropius is kinda good, but the fact that it requires 2 energy in a deck that runs 1 virizion hurts on setup time where you can just drop 1 eevee, save the energy drop on a buffo and or mewtwo and then leafeon can come out by turn 2 initially speaking. 4 potion could be replaced for max potion, mainly becase potion takes up 4 slots in you're deck where max potion is 1, those 3 slots can be used for more supporters or something that gives the deck such as ultra ball so you can get out pokemon more consistently then drawing into them over time.
