If you send Syamin in Sky Forme or Giratina in Origin Forme, will it look different in PBR. Same goes for Rotom and its other formes.

No, they wont, because that data is not in PBR. They will revert to their old forms or not be compatible.

From what heard, you wont be about to upload them in the English version of PBR, but the Japanese version I'm not to sure about. Actually it would probably be no since the your able to battle people with the Japanese version.
