Hardly. That's just asking for a switch. I mean psychic on starmie wouldn't do much considering no one keeps weezing in on it anyway, not to mention any other special sweeper. Also it doesn't look like any of your pokes, even with psychic, could OHKO so yeah :/

Heracross could be a nice addition to stop Weezing.

Remind me how hera does any damage at all to weezing :/

He can just sacrifice a poke and then send out Duggy to finish Hera off, or be an extreme predictor and send out shedinja against the facade assuming he knows that the opponent isn't Rock Sliding.

Donphan > Starmie IMO. with Sunny Day halfing surf's power, you aren't going to do much damage. Plus, it gives you a Metagross resistance sort of

Just in relation to the use of Sheddy in OU, I've faced it before and with Spieks incorparated it can be a real pain in the arse to deal with. Just my personal opinion that you should include Spikes somewhere in this team since one thing Shedinja is awesome at is forcing switches.
