how do i teahc that thing silver wind .... i dont wanna teach it any speacial attacks cuz its sp. attack is really low....and i personally dont lik return da last one i'll keep slash

Yay quadruple post. Silver Wind is a physical attack, not a special attack.

You get Silver Wind via breeding.

Beautifly/Dustox/Venomoth/Butterfree/Masquerain --> Nincada
