max attack and speed is everything you need, nothing else, and to get shadow ball on shedinja, you have to keep nincada from evolving until lvl 25 where when it evolves, Ninjask would learn Swords Dance right away(And shedinja will copy Ninjask`s moveset)

I think you mean Swords Dance there, and your right about how to get it.
