I bet they may have rock-type moves on them. Rock-type moves are super effective on Bugs. Therefore, they can knock out you Shedinja--but not if you can hurl a Ghost move at them first.

Their Claydol has AncientPower and their Solrock has Flamethrower, so yes, they could defeat your Shedinja easily.
