Sheer Force and Non-attacking moves

Once more I live!!
So I know all there is to know when it comes to generations 1 through 4, but as for black and white, I'm still fuzzy on a lot of details. Can pokemon with the ability sheer force use moves like swords dance or toxic?

Yesh. Sheer Force only affect attacking moves like Fire Punch, and Thunderbolt that have an added effect (chance of burn or paralysis for the examples)
