^yeah, volteon's right, i caught a nincada with premier ball, and it evolved in a premier ball although i didn't have a premier ball with me

And that was just one way to say that don´t matter the ball you caught Nincada, it´ll be the same for Shedinja, just like Emerald master´s case.
Well people can cath a Shining Nincada with MasterBall if it´s shining and he/she has no other Ball in the bag.

Yeah, go with what was said here to get Shedinja. I don't think you need the extra PokeBall, but then again I'm not 100%, so just bring one in case. :p
