Oh, I didn't see that was the spread. I kind of assumed perfect 5IV HA. Would that be at all possible?

Could i offer another pokemon in place of larvitar? maybe a shiny flawless zweilous or shiny 5iv mudkip?

Bold HA Igglybuff with wish and perish song
Bold HA Drifloon with destiny bond, tailwind, defog and disable

I know some of those seem like a lot to do, but in exchange for these I'll give you a leftovers + 1 other item of your choice (that isn't a megastone, but including another leftovers)

Um, what's KB mean?

1.) I can get you a relaxed sturdy Onix but I can't guarantee it will have 0 speed unless there's some specific way to breed for that since IV's are random even if using a flawless Pokemon.
2.) HP Grass specifically will take some time but it is doable.
3.) I can do those egg move Pokemon.
4.) How about 2 leftovers for all of that?

Well, you could use a pokemon with a 0 speed IV. Also, the sp. atk doesn't have to be 31, so that's doable.
And take your time. Two leftovers is fine.
Also, KB means Kalos-Bred.

I'm assuming you're utilising gyro ball if you want 0 speed IV's?
