Generally, people don't use any attacks on Chansey except Seismic Toss, which is a guaranteed amount, making the 31 SpA that yours has pointless. The 0 Atk IV lowers confusion and Foul Play damage. Bold lowers Atk even more and boosts Chansey's low Def stat for a mixed wall. Calm (the one you have) also lowers Atk, but it boosts SpD to make Chansey a giant Special wall. Both natures are OU viable, just for different purposes.

The Honedge is just converted from Physical attacker to Special attacker, nothing particularly technical there. It's still Uber viable.

The Ralts is meant to evolve into Gardevoir and Mega Evolve. It serves as a Special tank. It honestly isn't a common build, but that doesn't mean that it isn't good.
