Shiftry with a tail?

Does the white hair going down Shiftry's back end in a tail? I've always wondered and want to know what others think.

It ends as the same hair that's connected to it's head.

It's his hair not his tail...he probably didn't get a wedgie, getting his hair tied to his back end.

yeah its just its hair...if it had a tail it would look wierd.

As you may know, Shiftry's design is based off of an ancient Japanese myth in which an oak tree seeks favor with the gods by growing a mullet. o.o
