Sinnoh sounds stupid. I wonder what else'll be worse when we get the English names for everything else in DP? D:

Sinnoh. 1) it's the english 3)Easier to say
Yeah, because you can TOTALLY find a meaning behind Sinnoh in the english language, and it's in ALL the dictionaries these days.
And my tongue exploded when I tried to say Shinou. Seriously, it's just that difficult a word to pronounce.

I don't see the big deal either way. They both sound almost identical when you say them aloud, so does it really matter that much to you people?
Oh...wait. I forgot the whole 'Rukario' thing you guys had going on. Ahh well, whatever sounds betteru to you I suppose;)

I really don't care. In fact, up until now I didn't even realize that the continents had dubbed names. **Shrug** Either's fine.

Heh, I guess it's easier for a Spanish to pronounce it right :p
Anyways, I don't really care, the 'u' had to disappear as it disappeared from Jouto and Houen. Only thing that disturbes me a little is the position change of the 'h'.

I actually find Shinou a bit more difficult to say, but I must say I prefer it to Sinnoh, though probably mostly because I'm more used to it and it's more euphonious, not because it's "cooler" (unless by "cooler" people mean "more euphonious"). I'll probably get used to Sinnoh like I did Lucario (and Cyndaquil, and Torchic, and Phanpy, and Sneasel...), but so far, I still prefer Shinou.

Besides, they actually don't sound almost identical, assuming Sinnoh sounds how I think it sounds. When I hear people pronounce Shinou, I hear something akin to "sheen-wo." When I think of Sinnoh, I hear someone mispronouncing the first two syllables of cinnamon. Big difference, at least to my ears.
