I don't think it would be Lucario. It is possible, but it seems the third and final Pokémon to be revealed is GOING to be the third and final. Unless Lucario has a hidden status. Ah well, we're going to have to wait, it could be a big secret. And so far we don't know what exactly Lucario is anyway XD

Yeah but kingdra had a rubbish movepool plus he resembles a dragon in no way. Admit it, wouldn't you love to see an actual fire/thunder/ice dragon?

Till now we had Phoenix (the birds), Tiger (the dogs), Toroise (let's say that those were the regi's), so dragons are the only ones left...

Charizard, Gyaridos, Feraligatr, Ampharos? and sceptile can all use Dragon attacks, their not dragons though.
Dragons have huge wings and tales and massive teeth. THATS the kind of dragon i want to see.

People keep saying that... I dont see how people think the regis are the "tortoise" I think their just trying to make the theory fit.

I hated the fact that the Regis were steel/rock/ice. They should bring back electric/fire/water or ice
