    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

Shiny Charm and Professor Oak(Eterna City) not working for the national dex

With the new update recently allowing pokemon to be brought from Home into BDSP, I was able to dump a bunch of pokemon into my Diamond game and I was able to complete the full national dex. I was able to get all of the rewards just fine for the regular Sinnoh dex(Professor Rowan and Gamefreak director) but when I went back to see the Gamefreak director at Valor Lakefront, he won't give me the shiny charm. I also went to Eterna city to find Oak in the house but he wasn't there. What should I do? Someone, please help me!!!!!
