Shiny Gyarados

HAve any of you guys have a Shiny gyarados in Fr/LG?Becouse i found one in the League's Lake and so far is the only one i've found.So let me know if its common or not.

I found one in the lake of Viridian fishing, but then I found out I had no Pokéballs! >.<

I'm joking but no, i didn't find one. I thought i found a shiny tentacruel however while surfing the route between fushia and cinnabar
