Shiny Jirachi from colloseum bonus disc?

Can anyone who knows please help me? What I want to know is whether or not it is possible to obtain a shiny jirachi from the pokemon colloseum bonus disc. With your answers, please tell me your proof, as I have heard it is possible and impossible and need to know so I can try to get one. Also, if it is shiny, will it appear shiny on the tv screen? Or only on your gameboy? Thank you all for your help in advance.

For real, any help is welcome.
