Shiny Jirachi??

Is this correct, if you read the last line of the paragraph, it states

"Certain bonus discs will give shiny Jirachis and only shiny Jirachis."

Well is that right?

I doubt it due to what is said about id numbers, which i presume to be wrong

I believe that such is the case, though I'd be tempted to think that shiny Jirachi can randomly be downloaded from one disc with the same likelihood that you encounter a Shiny Pokemon in the games.

I read that the chances of getting a Shiny Jirachi are just like getting a Pokemon from the Machine at Nintendo World, which are better than catching it in the wild. But I dunno. Never been to Nintendo World (or the old Pokemon Center for that matter).

I thought it'd be random. Though I don't know much about the Bonus disk. I've got the PAL Pokemon Channel and I get it from there. It's random in it. My friend got a shiny Jirachi from it and I still haven't got one myself. I've got 4 normal Jirachi's downloaded and then my friend came over and I downloaded one to her cartridge and it was shiny.

Wouldn't the Bonus disc work the same way?

How did you download 4 Jirachi?

Slow down, the bonus disk was only available about two years ago. Any more are only found from private dealers and ebay. As for a shiny jirachi on colloseum, how would we know if we've never seen it? The instructions for downloading jirachi are on the disk.

I would prefer that it was random order, but think about if you got one of those special disks and got a whole bundle of shinies. I dunno, I don't really care about shinies, but it would be interesting.

I don't understand the shiny Jirachi bonus disc? Isn't t a random Jirachi bonus disk and you encounter a shiny BY LUCK?

I'm not sure, but I randomly and very luckily back in the day of RBY got a Mew then put it to GSC and it was shiney ^_^. From a machine too, very rare

I'd guess that it is random though, just what I've always thought.
