Shiny Kelceon??

If i soft reset in front of a keckleon wwould i end up getting a shiny like i would resseting for a legendary??Thanks in Advance.

All you have to do is catch one, write down it's nature/stats...then, reset, catch it again and see if the nature/stats changed. If that is true, then you should be able to reset for a shiny kecleon.

yer you can reset for it as the values are not present till the battle starts

actually, soft reseting won't work for the invisible kecleons. Unlike legendaries/starters they're permanently set. Much like the pokemon you receive in in-game trades...

If you save in front of a pokemon, you can repeatedly battle it over and over again by turning off and turning back on your GBA. This is called "resetting". People use this to get a shiny Pokemon, as this allows them to try over and over and over again to get a shiny.

I don't think their preset, when I first battled (and caught) the invisible kecleon, it was a male with I believe a quirky nature, then my batteries ran out and when I caught it next time it was a female with a quiet nature I believe

EDIT: basically I mean what Rekkuza Ryuu said above, after all kecleon is no different from any other stand still poke (I think)

Basically, yes. However, there is a 1/8,192 chance in getting a shiny. Check http://www.serebii.net/games/shiny.shtml for information.
