Shiny Pokemon

hey im from australia and i was wondering, can i get shiny pokemon in Normal emerald version . also are there any other ways to get mew and stuff by not going to gay nintendo event and not a friggin gameshark?

1) Yes, you can get them in a 'normal' Emerald.
2) Yes, you can get someone to trade you Mew, though I suspect that wasn't the answer you wanted.

You can't get a Mew because you just can't. You need a map, which you get from Nintendo.
