Shiny Question

Hey there, I have a question. Is it possible to get a shiny Pokemon in the Game Corner? If so, does the game randomly choose if you get a shiny Pokemon there if you restart? I'm asking this because I DESPERATELY want a shiny ;123; and it's always been my dream to get one in ANY WAY possible.

I got a shiny pokemon that way -> Abra

but this should be in the shiny pokemon discussion...

it's in the 3rd gen forum... which even I had a hard time finding once it moved...
