I saved right in front of him.

I tried getting him with ultra balls but that didn't work.

Then I thought why not just use the master ball?

I don't really like Lati@s and Rayquaza seems cooler then Groudon and Kyogre.

So I decided on the master ball but then I thought can I get him shiny?

So would it happen if I keep resetting a billion times?

Yes, it would.

If you kept on re setting it would eventully be shiny.

Actually it has all the chance of NOT being a shiny each of those billion times, then again it has the chance of being a shiny on the first reset. It's all chance.

But remember the Lati you chose after the E4 will NOT be shiny if you reset, it's preset at the beginning of the game. But the one on Southern Island can be shiny.

yes, a level 70 Uber sweeps through the E4 like nobody's business.

there is no problem with soft resetting as much as you like. and please, don't double post. use the handy little "edit" button in the bottom right part of the post instead.
