I voted for NickAlert's Musirade, mainly because I like the animation on the musical notes. I also love the size of the hair.

no promises
I went with Douger because although NickAlerts looks good Dougers sprite has better shading and more the feel of Roserade. The animation is alot smoother and although NickAlerts is colourful and stuff, it has more flaws than Dougers including the hair being not in proportion to the head and off shading. Good luck to everyone else.
