Okay,I am really having a rough time deciding what Ev's I should put into Seviper,it is at Lv 50,here are it's moves and Stats:

Shiny Seviper
Lv 50
Rash nature

Attacks:
Swagger
SludgeBomb
Crunch
Poison Tail(to be replaced with Giga Drain or something else,I need help here)

HP:137
ATTACK:113
DEFENSE:78
SP.ATTACK:115
SP.DEFENSE:64
SPEED:79

That stat is astounding!
...Hm... That's how I call it.

So,can anyone help me deciding what Ev's I should put into Seviper's Stats and help me decide it's 4th Attacking move?

I wouldn't put Haze on there. I don't think Seviper can stick around long enough to use that well. At least with Swagger, it might buy you an attack or two before Seviper's weak defensives are breached.

Considerinig it's rash, here's the special set:
Seviper @ Leftovers
- Crunch
- Flamethrower
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb

Or you could go with the Choice Band set that Hemp Man posted.

'cause HP is hard to get ingame. >_>

About Haze... 1) Seviper isn't a great Hazer in general 'cause its Hp and Defenses 2) Hazers are useless ingame

There's an option of Glare too. :/

Ok I've been a Seviper trainer since Sapphire first came out...

Here is the best one I've ever used
Earthquake
Poison Fang
Swagger
Crunch

My Seviper HP has reached: 300

Attached Item: Poison Barb or Scope Lens
Nature: Adamant or Naughty (don't remember his nature thought)

Anyways try that out and see how you do.

Seviper is good as a special sweeper, as it has base 100 in both attack and special attack, but like SapphireL said, it won't be able to stick around for long.

For the EVs, you might want to improve on what it's already good on. 252 Atk/252 Spatk/6 HP. I'm bad at EVs, so I dunno.

Thank you guys for the help so far,but I don't want to get a new Seviper with Adamant,Hasty,Naughty natures,I want to stay with my Shiny Rash natured Seviper.

So,should I put 252 Attack,252 Sp.Attack,6 HP or Speed into Seviper?

Don't use Swagger. :< That's not a cool move. >_> Sevvy can't really take a hard hit.

and what's a CB set with 2 Sp.Attacks? ;

anyways, I'm not really sure about the EVs, but you should max Attack imo.
