A perfect Blissey with NATURAL Cure BOLD Nature And must have aromatherapy ( Perfect is 31 ivs in hp 31 in def 31 in sp def ) Obviously exceptions may be made depending on the pokemon.
Please check the IVS at lvl 100 through battling.If you are caught lying about the iv's i will DECLINE THE TRADE INDEFINITELY
