I do happen to have a TRU Serious Arceus (and a timid one). What nature and level is the event Raikou, and has it been used?

P.S. Does it still have the event only move?

OMG!

I happen to have the same exact thing!

I need to level it up to make fair trades though, I'm pretty sure Archeops evolves at level 42, so I might need to do that. But Galvantula evolves at 40, so that might be easier.
