Not sure if this topic should be moved to a different section, but to my knowledge, currrently Celebi, Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta, Zygarde, Hoopa, Volcanion, Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala, Tapu Lele, Tapu Bulu, Tapu Fini, all the UBs, Necrozma, Magearna, and Marshadow cannot be legally shiny.

Ash's Greninja apparently was found shiny by people in the demo (an error in the coding), but once it was transferred over to the full games, it did not stay shiny, so it is not legally shiny either.

Since this is (sadly) probably my last Pokemon game due to the disappointment of gen 7 and having no desire to get a Switch, I'm trying to go out with a bang and complete my competitive shiny collection.
