SHIPPING OSCARS OF 2009/2010​

It's time to award our hard working authors who bring you the cream of the crop fanfiction depicting your favorite, most ridiculous, totally awesome shippings! This year I've decided to hold the Oscars as your Shipping Fic Mod, a veteran shipping author, and you're friend! Not to mention I actually didn't have anyone stand up and ask to hold it.

I'd like to take some time out to remember our past Hosts - Water Spirit, shadow_shipper, & Uzamaki Hinata. I hope I can follow in their footsteps! ^^

And now a word that has been quoted for the past 2 years from the original hostess, Water Spirit:

These awards are open to ALL shipping fics – not just Pokemon Shipping fics, though some categories will be specifically dedicated to either a non Pokemon fiction or other anime/character fiction to help even out the nominations. This should hopefully give everyone a chance for a nomination and a vote later on in the voting. ^_^

I’m aware that the shipping forums also consist of guy x guy, girl x girl relationships, so they will also have their own separate categories. Categories will also be open to fics above R.

THREAD RULES​

1~ All forum rules apply here.

2~ I must stress that bashing is not allowed. Nominate, check back, and edit, but by no means, do not question the nominators.

3~ You may nominate up to FOUR candidates per category - no more, please.

4~ You cannot nominate/vote for yourself on anything.

5~ I stress that you nominate authors based on their WORK, NOT their TIES to you.

6~ If you forgot to nominate someone, please post again - DO NOT edit your previous post (I won't see it...in this case, you are allowed to double post - but ONLY for this reason).

It seems as though this was a complete let-down. :/ Even with the open summer, no one has come to this thread since June, and even then, no one really came in the first place.

So, since I know that will happen if I try to get people to vote, I'm going to either have a tie, or count up the number of nominations as votes. So if fic A got 2 nominations and fic B got one, both for the same category, fic A will win. If it's even, they will tie.
