Shippings on SerebiiForums - Real-life or Internet?

Those Shipping i see everywhere on SerebiiForums.com. Are those Shippings between people only on the Internet or in Real-life or both? What is your opinion?

They can be both. In fact, there's an SPPf member shipping thread.

Mostly it refers to pairings in animes though.

There's a lot of IRL shippings here at SPPf. Etebossu x Chris, Phantom_Bugsy/Scarlet Opinions x Elvenmongoose, Josh x Jenni, I can't think of any other ones that are canon. I know Eszett x Eefi was, but I'm not sure on that anymore.
