shoal cave ice room...... where in shoal cave is it?

Ive been searching all over shoal cave for the ice room to catch a snorunt but i cant find it. Any one know where it is?

You can only find it when there is a low tide.

When the water level in the cave is, well, low. Don't remember exactly when it is.

Good thing the tides don't change when you're in the cave. Then again, you already can breathe underwater...
