I'm trying to get Snorunt and the shoal shells from the cavern, but i can't find ways to get to some of the areas. I've read on a FAQ that this relied upon tides, but i'm not sure how to tell when the tides change. Any help would be much appreciated.

Back I guess??
it´s like the real life (I think) during the day the tide is low and during the night the tide is high. correct me if I´m wrong.

think like that, in the day the sun evaporates the water in the shoal cave and during the night rains? (this way I memorizated.... I think it´s the worst way to...)

Actually, Tides in real life are based on the moon: It's High Tide when the moon is either straight up, or straight on the other side of the earth. It's low tide when the moon is perpendicular to that line. So, in one day, there is usually 2 high tides and 2 low tides.

To represent that in the game, every six hours the tide changes. I'm not sure of the exact times though, but it is every six hours.

Thanks for the help, it looks like i'll just have to keep an eye on the cave and visit it every now and then.

You're correct with the real life tide thing.

I believe it goes like this...

Morning 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM Low
Afternoon 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM High
Evening 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM Low
Late Night 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM High

But I don't know for sure.

BEWARE THE FOSSILS!!
I read somewhere that it's between 9 o' clock and 3 o' clock. So it's

9:00am-3:00pm
3:00pm-9:00pm
9:00pm-3:00am
3:00am-9:00am

Although I'm not sure which are high and whitch are low tide.

I read from a very reliable site, that this is what's true. I think it is more true that what I put because I would arrive after 6 PM and it would still be Low Tide, or something like that.
