It's north of Mossdeep. Go to the north of the city, where you're behind Steven's house, but you're wading in the water. Surf north from there, and you should find it.

Go to Mosedeep city. Go up and right. After 6 hours in Cave is Water. After 6 hours zemlja is u Cave

There's no scorched lab in Hoenn. There's one on Cinnabar Island and Orre but not Hoenn.
If you're talking about the Scorched Slab, however, then go east from Fortree. When you see a patch of tall grass. enter it and fight the Keckleon at the stairs. Then, go down and surf south. You should see a cave just like the Regi's caves. That's the Scorched Slab, where you can get TM Sunny Day.
To above posters: If you actually read the thread, you'd see that the question was answered and UU king wants the answer to a DIFFERENT question. I suggest reading this thread. (don't post in it, otherwise it'll be bumped)

Hey guys what are you talking about, the Scorched Slab is east of Fortree, I think you know where a place is where Gabby and Ty go often, there are some downstairs and you can make some secret bases there, in the water only Marill appears, I am trying to tell you how to find it, and there's a Kecleon blocking your way... Scorched Slab, inside of it is the TM - Sunny Day, I think.
The Scorched Lab, I don't know about it since I didn't played Colosseum or XD.
