An all attacker this one is. I hope you will like it. And don't forget if Starcutter is a good name for my Starmie.

Psychic isn't needed, tbh. Go with Recover or Rapid Spin.

Psychic is a STAB move because Starmie is a Psychic type. So I should let it stay there.

Cool.

That's a nice, standard moveset. However, you may want to consider Rapid Spin rather then Psychic, for those pesky Spikes. This gives Starmie another role in battle, rather than being a straight out sweeper. Of course, each moveset varies on what you want it to do, so your moveset is the basic standard for Special Sweeping.

It is stilll in progress. I might try Rapid Spin and Grass Knot. I will think about them.
