Should Ash Come Back For His Pidgeot

In Pallet Party Panic (Episode 80) Ash's pidgeotto evolved into Pidgeot and in the end of the episode he left his pidgeot with the gang of Pidgey and Pidgeotto and he said he would promise he come back for it when he is done with Origane League but he didn't.

If only in the episode "At The Right Place At The Right Mime" (Episode 410) he could come to Pidgeot for a visit and take him through the Battle Frontier he would be a good addition for Ash's team.

Is Ash forgoten about his Pidgeot like he did to his other pokemon he gave away poor Pidgeot *Sniff* I THOUGHT ASH NEVER ADANDON HIS POKEMON.

He's never, ever, ever going to go back for Pidgeot.

Ash spent a whole region in Kanto and still didn't bother to check on it.

It's gone for good. He released it nearly 8 seasons ago, get over it.

Agreed.

Same thing goes for Butterfree. People need to stop hanging on to those two. If they meant for it/them to return then it/they would've made an appearance a few seasons afterwards like Lapras. Except the thing keeping it from coming back is that Ash released it to its family for good.

He never would go back for Pidgeot this late in the game - for the most part everyone in the show has forgotten about it, probably even Ash himself. Besides why would he need it for his team? He already has 3 Flying/Normals - Noctowl, Swellow, and Mukkuru (who will likely evolve to Mukkuhawk) so what could Pidgeot bring to the show that the others haven't? The answer - nothing! Like the others said he's gone for good.

Gave away Pidgeot to who? In order to give away something, you have to GIVE something to someone. Pidgeot is in posession of no one. Satoshi did not give ownership of said Pidgeot to another trainer for nothing in return.

The ONLY Pokemon he has done this with is Spear.

Pidgeot is also not abandoned as it had also decided to stay behind. Had it not agreed with this, it would have gone against Satoshi's decision.

Like all the others said if Ash wanted Pidgeot back he would of gone back and plus i bet the Pidgeot isnt in Viridian Forest anymore o_O

If you watched the episode you would realize that he did not abandon his pokemon, he simply let it go. Ash is NOT a selfish person who selfishly keeps his pokemon against their true heart of hearts. Ash lets his pokemon be who they truly are and go where they truly want to be. Simple as that.

Anyway, He's not coming back He's going to get every starting Flying type pokemon from each region and he probably wont take back old region ones, and if he were to bring back an old flying type, Screw Pidgeot, Bring back Yorunozuku ;x

Well about primeape;
I believe Ash lent it to that guy to train, 9 seasons on, and he hasn't came back for it. I think Ash is stupid, he releases all his pokemon. The 'Gotta catch em' all' doesn't quite cut it with Ash.

I was hoping Ash would come across it in Kanto BF and use it agaist a brain but that never happened. He did the same thing to Primeape and Primeape never came back.

Well, I just think Pidgeot and the rest of the gang should come back. Like they go to the past... Like from Diarugia or Parukia... And Chris you don't have to be so rude about it, pointing out every little mistake. But I understand. ^^

pidgeot is too big now. with it, he can use fly to ly to wherever he wants, when ever he wants, so they said "pidgeot, your cut"
