Looks like I got screwed over cuz when i did an iv calc it came out 3, 1, 1, 1, 1. It's fresh from Route 1 and it just looks so cool but the IVs that came out just suck. Should I just leave it as a decoration sadly? or do i have a chance at better IVs? 4, 2, 2, 2, 2. my jolty looks like its better than this hehe.

you should try it out and see what you can do for a few lvls and if it is not going well than just leave it as a decoration

Anyway, that still doesn't beat the Adamant Raikou I got from Colosseum. =/ I think it's a bit worse than my Bold and Gentle Enteis though.

ampharos, electabuzz, lanturn. that is the entire list of electric-types that can have half-decent movesets without getting lucky on Hidden Power. though amphy still want HP Ice.

and pika/raichu doesn't count because surf is even harder to get on it than the right HP type.

Doesn't anyone realize that if you catch a roaming legendary, it's stats will suck guaranteed? Catch a roaming Latias on one game, then go after another. They'll even have similar to equal stats, and suck. That's how they get you to buy Colosseum and/or go to events.

Umm....on my emerald i got a modest latios with flawless hp and sp atk. 22 in speed and 20-25 in rest
