should i forget about kyogre? i am playing saphire and i have emrald so i can get him off of emerlad

It depends.

1) If you got the Master Ball, you can easily catch it, then use it against the Elite Four. I know it's an uber, but it comes in handy.

2) If you decide to trade it, then you can use the ball on some other legendary like Raquaza or Latias.

Either is fine, and both have faults.

Its a tough call..... you could trade him over and have another id# and have more of a chance of winning the lottery..... and have two masterballs...... or you could keep it and complete the pokedex faster

You can get Kyogre off Emerald, but did you kill him in Sapphire or something?

I f your emerald one has a bad nature, just keep restting for a better nature in sapphire. Or 31 hp IVs.

i cougnt it with 2 ultra ball in my sapphire, and also use masterball on it in Emerald. Try with ultra balls, but that would be hard if you pick torchich as starter

Get Net Balls! They work really well on Water types like Kyogre. You definately should catch him. Catch it on both Emerald and Sapphire so you can trade one for shinies or rare pokemon and keep the stroger one for yourself.

Use a net ball.....easy toi catch kyogre while its sleep powdered or paralysed or smthing

When I try to catch Kyorge, I use all kinds of balls.
Catched mine pretty fast with a Pokeball xD

The masterball doesnt mean you cant catch him. I caught all of the legendary birds and mewtwo with a bunch of mere pokeballs. And I caught my friends rauaza with those weak premier balls. So all I can say is to weaken kyogre and through any kind of ball at him.
