Should I get DSi?

Okay so heres my dilema:

It occured to me yesterday while playing Platinum. So I was originally planning not to get the DSi since I have a DS Lite and was not financially inclined to. However, my birthday just past on monday it left me a s***load of money and gift cards. So here is my question: Should I, or should I not, get a DSi?
