errmmm, i dunno, i didnt like it much. you dont get to keep the pokemon you catch AND you have a limmited amount of pokemon you can get in the entire game. plus, you cant get manifi, dispite the rumers... but, i would get it, just to play when theres nothing else to do...

If you're a Pokemon fan, you're guaranteed to like it.
Only reason people dislike the game is because it's completely different from most Pokemon games (of course you CAN'T KEEP the Pokemon you tame, because you're a POKEMON RANGER... why don't people realize that?).

Personally, I liked it, and I still play the game even after 6 months of owning it (I own the Japanese version).

Yeah i was a little dissapointed with the overall gameplay. It is quite short, to tell you the truth the only reason i purchased it was to get manaphy because i heard the mission was included, but guess what it's not. You have to get it at a special event.

There is a chance that you can get Manaphy in Ranger on the US version. If people were to just keep posts like 'manaphy isn't obtainable in ranger without an event' for themselves.

BTW, there's a good chance people can still get Manaphy in Ranger, if password mode actually happens to give the Manaphy egg mission.

If people keep saying "Manaphy is not in Ranger", others are going to keep believing it, even though there's a good chance those people wrong.

But the pokemon you get at the events are awsome! I got a MEW for my ruby version from one.
