Should I start my fanfic? (Quick reply please)

Hey guys, um some of you know I am planning on writing a fanfic, and making it stick (And working hard on it) and I really want to start it no, instead of waiting until after schoolies (In two weeks), but I also lost my USB dish which had all the ideas and plans etc for the fanfic and I can't find it, so it will be harder to figure what to do with my fanfic.

But the main question here is: Should I start on my fanfic? Seeing how I am finshing my second last assignment tomorrow, and my English one is a speech that I have already finished writing (Due on Monday), then it's pretty much free time for all four of my classes... And seeing how there only three days left of actual school, and I only have to come in to school twice next week (Block exam and Graudantion), and I have spares/senior finishes, then it gives me more time to write the fanfic (Execpt Wednesday night my formal! ;)).

So should I start on the fanfic now? It'ds not like I am going to finish chapter 1 in one whole day ot two hours, I am planning to go slow on it.

Edit: What the? *Notices title* Sorry guys! I think something happened that I accidnetly changed the title to !;), and that was part of a sentance, I don't know what happened but I did something that affected the title, and now I can't change it, can a mod change it please back to: Should I start my fanfic? (Quick reply please)

Sure, if you want. Just start anyways; even if your plans are somewhere else. I usually start my fics with only a vague idea in place, and when you do, it's sometimes better for the plot.

...So just remember the basic outline of your story, and if you have time, you'll be fine. :)

That's how I always write my fics. I have a basic idea of what I want to happen, and I just go with it. I love seeing what freakish new plot twists I can get. (One should have seen how giddy I became because I suddenly! came up with a new plot twist! It literally came from nowhere...)

Anyhow, don't feel that you have to have everything planned out before you can dig out the foundation of your story. Sometimes, you get a new idea that you just want to put in there, or your character calls for something different.

Good luck with it all.

And I had thought that this was just going to be a thread about punctuation...!

Thanks, I think I will start on it real soon, and I could always redit and such.

And once again, sorry about the title, I must have accidently pressed a button which went up to the title and typed that in, note this sentance:
Execpt Wednesday night my formal!;).
That title was meant to be part of that last bit of the sentance, the title was different..
