Anyhow, get a Wii. As said, it plays GCN games and is compatible with the controllers and memory cards, plus you'd get new Wii games such as DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess!

As I said in the other thread, it does work with one type of Freeloader (there are three types, I think).

So you can play import GAMECUBE games on a Wii if you have the right one.

I think that you should get the Wii because although it is more costly than the GC, it will provide longer lasting fun than the GC becuase it will have more new games. and since the wii plays GC games, you don't really need a GC
