I’m Back...
If any one does not know what phishing is,It`s a way of attempting to acquire sensitive stuff to people like there personal info.It was the major case in Nintendo of Europe shutting down there websites because of a threat to.If Phishing is successful,It could probably lead to Identity Theft which can ruin the people it affects.So,Should the Law do something to stop Identity theft and Phishing altogether before it gets out of hand ?

I believe there already are laws regarding identity theft. Phising is a form of identity theft, which involves using someone else's private personal information to commit crime. Thus, why shouldn't it be illegal?
