Should you be able to interact with your Pokemon?

I think it would be cool if u could interact with yur pokemon, and feed them and stuff like that. Plus it could help u befriend yur pokemon by giving them poke food, and treats. Wat do U think?

You can already do something like that. You can give them berries in Emerald and also giving them stat-raising items make them happy (maybe they taste good).

I think it would be cool to use the hunger effect in MD Red and Blue in D/P, it would finally make a TOUGH traditional Pokemon game.

Ehh...we get plenty of interaction with them anyways, if battling with them, prepping them up for contests, feeding them Pokeblocks, using them in minigames, grooming them, giving them hold items, teaching them TMs and move tutors, using items on them, and playing flutes when they become afflicted with some condition counts towards anything.

Mind you, but I'm not exactly keen on scooping up their droppings.

But really, I think we've hit all the important venues.

This maybe happened in Pokemon Yellow, you know the things you could do with Pikachu, talk to him and see how happy he is.

It would be cool but I don't think this would happen because we already can feed them, give hold items, play with them in Minigames etc. I don't think this will happen.

i htink it would be so cool if there was a mode were you see from 1 to 6 pokemon in your party at a time and you could comb, play and train them (combing should make you get better stats in a contest!

I have a big dislike for such games, so I think this "more interaction" thing is a bad thing. I think that in the game, the pokemoncenters take care of things like "feeding" and "washing" the pokemon. I dont know how it happens in such a short time, but the Pokemoncenter is like the "feeding", the pokemon needs it to survive. We dont need anything else.

;227; No. Just no. As Latios said, it would turn Pokemon into a simulator instead of an RPG. Or even worse, a hybrid Sim/RPG.

If this were implemented it would likely be the downfall of Pokemon.

Interaction would bring out the Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition, which is as close as we will probably get with Poke-simulation.
