You can copy it and paste if it's from the Internet. Please clarify where it's from.

If you have the URL of the image that ends in .PNG/.JPEG/.GIF, or any valid image extension besides BMP, use that and put
tags around the URL ONLY. There you have it, to place it into your signature, and use the "preview" button effectively.
If it's on your computer, then upload it onto a image hosting source such as photobucket.com and use that link with the tags aforementioned above.
But I don't see what help you need if you already have an image in your signature. An animated one at that. As the above poster said, it does help by being more specific.
